I am seriously the WORST blogger ever!! I don't even know where to start! Well i'm living in Orem now still working at Seasons up there Wednesday thru Saturday. I love it!! All the girls there are great and I love working with all of them! I still work for my Mom at Salon 56 every other Monday and Tuesday. Well lately every Monday and Tuesday since some of the girls decided to start their own salon...ANYWAY...totally off the subject!! HA I am doing so great...work keeps me busy constantly, which is sometimes really good because I like staying busy but sometimes really not good because it wares me out haha! But life is good!! So...if any of you are wondering Jake and I are still dating!! He makes me so happy....we have been dating almost 2 YEARS in Feb.!! Our first date was Feb. 9th 2008...I was a young one...I met him when I was only 18 haha I was turning 19 a week after we met!! So ya we know eachother pretty well now so we'll see what happens from here!! He is amazing...he is attending BYU now and going into Middle Eastern Studies. He is working so hard and studying all the time! I am so proud of him. He's in his 3rd semester of Arabic. Yes, he is learning Arabic...pretty crazy huh?! So that is about all that is happening in my life currently. I love coming home to see Cami, James and their kids!! And of course I LOVE to see my parents and all my friends down here too! :) Well hopefully I will get better at blogging....I don't know if I ever will! I don't have a lot of time and I don't have the internet at my house so that makes it kinda hard SORRY!! Hope you all have a great Holiday!!

I am the worst blogger ever!! If you want to see what is going on in my life visit Cami and James's blog haha she is good at posting! Me....not so good! Well I am officially moving to Provo this weekend! It is exciting but sad at the same time. I'll be leaving Cami, James and all their kids, my mom and dad and the salon :( PLUS all my friends!! You know who you are!! So it is a very sad thing but also a good thing because i'm going to be closer to Jake now. WE have been dating over a year now and we have NEVER lived in the same town! So it will be good to be close to him. I already got a job at Seasons Salon and Day Spa (the link is on the top right hand side) so i'm all set! I already worked last weekend and I ABSOLUTELY loved it!! It is going to be great. It's a FULL SERVICE salon and day spa. They have everything there and all the girls I work with are awesome! So anyone who lives up north I am expecting to see your pretty faces!!! Just call in and make an appointment, it would be so much fun! The new thing lately are the glitter toes!! And if you come get your haircut or ANY service it's only a $15 add on!! It's great!! So come on in :)

Jakes Birthday!

So...I am a little late announcing but it was Jakes birthday last last weekend. He just turned 23! I just wanted to tell him Happy Birthday and tell him thanks for everything. We have dated almost a year now and it has been the most amazing year ever. I couldn't be happier. If any of you know him you know his fun personality and his kind heart. He is such a great example to me

and to many others i'm sure! Happy birthday Jake!!

Christmas 2008!!

WOW! I think I'm the worst blogger there is! I haven't posted anything for a while. It was the best Christmas ever! My whole family was able to come home. It was SO much fun!! I love my family is much, they are amazing. I was able to hang out with Jakes family also. Maddi and Josh came all the way from Pennsylvania so that was fun to see them and hang out with them!
Lets start from the top of our Christmas fun!! Well Christmas week I had to work while everyone else played so that was kinda a bummber but that's ok!! I was able to hang out with everyone at night so that was fun. Christmas eve my family went caroling. It's tradition every year that we go caroling to our family, neighbors, and friends. It is a lot of fun, but this year was extremely long! My mom is the Relief Society president so i think we hit up all the ladies in our ward! It was cool tho...it's funny some people just can't wait til the Poulson Family come caroling at there house Christmas eve. Last year Mike and Cyndi and there whole family started singing to us when they opened the door. It was hilarious!! They didn't do that this year though. After caroling we went home, ate dinner, and opened our Christmas eve pajamas!

Christmas morning we got up pretty early, we even woke up Parker! All Parker wanted for Christmas was NEW Lego's...that's all he asked for. So we run up the stairs Christmas morning and there is a bike and a really cool horse rocking chair. He looks at the and turns to all of us and says..."I want my new Lego's" with the saddest look on his face. It was so funny. We couldn't believe it, all those big cool gifts and he just wanted his NEW Lego's haha luckily Cami knew right where they were so she went and got them and he opened them with excitement. He played with those for a while then he was way excited to get the other gifts.

We also went tubing behind my dads four wheeler. That was one of the funnest things we did. We would get going to fast around the turns I just felt like I was going to fall off. Parker loved it too. He kept saying "This is so so so fun" Ha it was fun to watch him. He's the cutest thing ever.

Other good news, that i have been waiting to put on my blog is KALEI IS PREGNANT!! She is due July 9th, my moms birthday so she's pretty excited about that. She's going to be a great mom. The best part about my sisters having kids is i get to be the favorite Aunt. If you ever see Parker ask him who is favorite Aunt it, he'll tell ya :) What do you think Kalei will have?? BOY or GIRL??? Or...BOTH?!! Muahahahahaha

The Saturday after Christmas we took Jarick back to the airport in Salt Lake. We went to Cafe Rio and then he was off. The rest of us went ice skating. It was way fun. Jake came down from Midway and met us in Salt Lake to go ice skating with us.

After ice skating we went up to Midway where my parents had a condo and stayed up there a few days. We went snow shoeing and just all hung out and played cards. It was just nice to relax. I had the whole week off from work and just played!! Wow I am writing way to much. Well I stayed up in Midway and my family went back home for new years. Jake and I stayed in Midway and hung out with his family. It was fun. I really like Jakes family, they are all awesome. We went cross country skiing, sledding, ice skating and did all sorts of fun things! It was a really good week.

January 2nd was a big day!! I had to do 2 girls hair for their wedding day!! I love doing hair so it was a lot of fun for me. James' sister Natalie got married and one of Jakes best friends from high school got married and I did his wife's hair. We have become really good friends since they've dated because we all hang out together. They are so cute, congrats guys!! LOVE YA

TWILIGHT!!

So i have never been into the book "Twilight" but my best friend Whitney has been so excited to see the movie. Last night i went with her, Shaun, her sister, her mom, and a WHOLE bunch of ladies! They got tickets in Gunnison for the show like a month in advance and they had an extra one and invited me to go with them! It was way fun...we went to El Mexicano before the movie in Salina then drove up to Gunnison to the movie. IT was so crowded and there were people everywhere! We were like the first ones in the theatre and i was actually excited to watch it!! Maddi has told me a lot about the books i just haven't cracked it open to read yet. So i just decided to go to the movie and see how good Twilight really was! I LOVED IT!! Absolutely loved it. It was very excited. Whit had told me about the books so that helped me understand the movie more. When it was over i just wanted to know what happens next so i came home and actually started the first book!! Ah so I'm going to try to start reading and see how long it lasts. Here are some pictures of us at dinner and at the movie!! Thanks for inviting me girls! It was so much fun...Love ya!

Last weekend!

Kalei had a dance competition last weekend in Provo so we all headed up Thursday night and spent the whole weekend up there! We had so much fun! She did really good and she was in a winner in my eyes!! She took 5th on Saturday. It was a nation wide competition so there were dancers from everyone. It was a tough competition and she did awesome! Parker was there and so were Jakes little neices. They would go out on the floor during the breaks and dance it was the cutest thing! Good job dancing Kalei....LOVE YA!!

Saturday was a fun day!! Well besides me getting sick, Me, Jessica and Ralph rode on while Jake and Paul rode there bikes. I was already starting to get sick so i didn't ride so we just went for a fun ride! Jake and Paul finally got home and they were SO muddy!! It was so funny! Halloween

I know Halloween has been over for a while but I have not been able to download my pictures onto my computer yet so i'm just doing that today!! I'm a little slow but i'll get better :) Over halloween we spent the weekend in midway it was fun!! We went trick or treating with Jakes twin sisters (that are 10) then watched a movie with our good friends Paul and JEssica. The week before Halloween our good friends Paul, Jessica, Mitchell, Alex, Me and Jake all went out to dinner at the Spin Cafe in Midway, It's Jakes dads favorite restaurant in Midway so we decided to go. It was a lot of fun we love hanging out with them. Paul and Mitchell are two of Jakes really good friends from high school so it's always fun to hang out with them and there girl friends!! Mitchell and Alex are actually engaged and they are getting married in January!! We are so very happy and excited for them :) LOVe you guys!! AFter dinner we went back to Jakes house and carved pumkins with the family it was a lot of fun!!

As most of you know Parker is my oldest Nephew! He is 3 now and i can't hardly believe it! He is so much fun...i think he likes Jake more than me now tho :( pretty sad huh?! Parker is now talking and he says the funniest things! I teach him funny things...like when i am away for a few days i will ask him how much he missed me and he will put out his arms and say THIS MUCH!! It's dang cute! You have to be careful what you say though because he repeats everything you say. He is the cutest little boy ever. He has such great parents also, i look up to both of them everyday! LOVE YOU PARKER!! :) These two pictures are of me Cutting Parkers hair during and after!

We have two new family members added to our family!! They are so dang cute and so much fun...i love them a lot! It has been the best month ever! They were a month old last Saturday, but they are still so little! It's fun being able to come over to Cami and James house here in Richfield and spend time with ALL of them. Thanks Cami and James for always letting me come over and play and eat your food :) LOVE YA!!!

Well first of all i would like to say i'm very sorry for not updating my blog. I've gotten a lot of crap from many of you lately and i'm really sorry!! I have been slacking and i hope to be better soon. I haven't taken a lot of pictures but if you are wondering what's going on in my life, well some things that are going on in my life, just go to camiandjames.blogspot.com haha my sister cami is living here in richfield and i'm usually involved in whatever she is doing!! Parker is a lot of my life right now...we have a lot of fun together he is so dang cute. I'm very grateful that they live here it's been so great to have them here. Jake is another huge part in my life right now. He's attending Snow College in Ephraim this semester and getting ready to attend BYU in the winter! Yes, i know very exciting! So we see eachother about everyday...ok not just about everyday, we DO see eachother everyday :) It's very nice! Cami is having her twins at 7am tomorrow morning so i'll be getting up bright and early to go see the new babies! We are very excited for them to come. It went by so fast. I am the lucky one that gets to tend Parker. I've tought him the cutest things....like i ask him how much he loves me or misses me when i'm away and he'll put his arms out and say THIS MUCH! It's so cute. I've also tought him how to say who his favorite aunt is...if you would like to know just ask him :) i'm sure he'll tell ya! Well that's all that is going on in my life at the moment. I'll try and put some new pictures up soon.

I finally went to the lake!! I haven't been since last June...I went with Kaitlin and her family. It was blast! We left around 3:00 yesterday and got home about 10:30. It was the perfect time to go. I haven't been wake boarding for a while now but they said i did pretty dang good. I actually jumped a little so that was fun. Hopefully I'll go again soon to progress. Thanks Demille family for inviting me!!

Yellowstone!!!

This was my first Yellowstone experience!! It was so cool...we were able to go see Old Faithful. I have been wanting to go to Yellowstone forever and I finally went. We were only an hour away from where we were camping so we decided to take a little detour on the way home and go! I am glad we went. The water was 199 degrees! Well if you ask Jake it's 204 haha but that is dang hot! It would burn your skin right off...we also went to the hotel that was right next to it, i can't remember what it's called but it was a very old hotel and you can stay in it still!! Anyways...so after we were there for about and hour and a half we headed home. We drove the whole day. It took about 6 or 7 hours to get home. Me and Jake drove separate so we had good bonding times!! The middle picutre is a picture of one of the rooms at the hotel...we thought it was pretty sweet!

Lake Day!!

Saturday we spent the day at the lake!! I was very excited for that because the water is just so clear and pure, it's amazing. The boys all went on a bike ride and us girls went to the lake. Here are just some pictures of the day. Me, and JAkes two aunts Julie and Joni swam in the lake with wet suits. It took FOREVER to get those things on but we finally got them on and went for a swim. It was incredible! The boys got there eventually and we all had a good time!

Inspiration Mountain

We were hoping to get some inspiration on this mountain...but we didn't haha we had to hike .4 of a mile and it was all up hill. I was getting pretty tired by this time but i made it! All the little kids were hikin up it so i decided to whip it into shape and get up there. I lifted Jake off the ground in that middle picture! Nobody could believe it, usually he's the one picking me up!

Teton Mountains!

On the second day we went on a hike to a waterfall and hiked up to inspiration mountain. It was beautiful. The first picture is of me and Gracie before the hike! Gracie is Jakes cousin...she never leaves my sight :) i love her!! We had a lot of fun. She loves when Jake throws her up in the air. She gets pretty high. The third picture is of Me, Jake and Gracie on the boat ride to go hiking!

Jackson!!

Over the 24th of July weekend i went to Jackson with Jakes family for the Malan Family reunion (his moms side). It was SO much fun, it was beautiful!! If you have never been there you definitely need to go for sure. We arrived on Thursday the 24th unpacked and just relaxed. There was the most amazing lake there..Jake and I went there everyday and just watched the sunset, it was awesome! I want to go back again someday. We camped out for three whole nights!! There were signs all around that said "Be bear aware"! HA i thought i was going to get attacked by a bear, especially at night! We stayed in tents. Me, Jake, Jakes parents and the twins all slept in a tent. It was supposed to be a nine man tent but we could only fit six in it so i don't know how nine could ever fit in there! It was a blast!! This is a picture of the whole Malan family..there were like 40 of us! We hiked up to a waterfall...it was a tough hike but worth it!

AMERICAN IDOL!!

Me, my mom, and Kalei went to the American Idol Concert last night. IT WAS AMAZING!! The top 10 were there performing. It was one of the best concert i have been to. Here are just a few pictures. We were on the 39th row, it was pretty awesome! Everyone was screaming for David Archaleta. He did the best out of all of them! They all did really good though. Mike and Cyndi Jorgensen and there family went also, they got there tickets at ticketmaster. We got ours through EBay...out of all the seats in the whole Ecenter we sat RIGHT next to them. It was incredible, we couldn't believe it. I know you're all jelous :)

Seven Peaks and Park City!!

After the 4th of July was over Jakes whole family was home so we wanted to do something fun!! Josh and Maddi drove up from Richfield and met us at seven peaks! Wow was it so much fun...all of us together, it couldn't have been better. The wave pool wasn't working which i was upset about but that's ok! After seven peaks we headed up to Park City! I love it up there, it is so pretty. We went and did the alpine coaster and the zipline! It was one of the funnest weekends! Me, Jake, Maddi and Josh, Rhett and Katie all did the zipline. We had good bonding times, I don't think there was a dull moment. Rhett is Jakes younger brother, he is leaving to go on a mission tomorrow actually! He's going Africa..we are very excited and greatful for him. Katie is Rhetts friend that's a girl ha they are dating and she came with us. It was great being together, i'll never forget that weekend.

4th of July!!

Over the 4th of July Jake was able to come down to Richfield for the day. After the long parade and games at the park we were off to Provo to go to the Stadium of Fire!!! It was so fun....Miley Cirus was there, the Blue Man Group was there and some funny comedian who was the MC was there also. We had so much fun. You're probably wondering why we were wearing matching shirts haha his work (Monavie) gave them to us because they sponsored the stadium of fire. So we were lucky enough to wear those cool shirts and be matching! We sat on the grass down on the field and were really close. It was awesome! The fireworks were incredible! They are not as good on the camera but i got some pretty good shots. WE had a BLAST!!

Thanks to Cami i have a blog that i'm going to try to keep up with. I've been so busy lately that i haven't been able to put anything on my blog. I just finished up with my Esthetics school in St. George and i'll be taking my state boards on Monday and Tuesday to get my master esthetician license, pretty exciting huh?! I'm going to be working with my mom this summer at Salon 56 so that should be fun! I'm so grateful that she has a salon and spa that I am able to work at. Thanks mom :) love ya!! I moved home today! It's weird moving back home, i never thought i would but it'll be a great learning expirience for me to work in my moms salon though!
